Private Lessons Packages and Pricing:
While group lessons offer many advantages, the value and necessity of the personal attention given through the Individual Lesson is essential and cannot be minimized. Group lessons provide the mechanics of dancing, but the artistry of dancing is perfected during the Individual Lessons. Individual Lessons can be purchased individually or as part of a discounted package, prices following the chart below.

Group Lessons Pricing:

- All group classes are 45 minutes long
- Each class runs for 4 consecutive weeks beginning at the start of each month and will expire at the end of the 4th week
- If you miss a class, you may make up that class on a different day during that month’s period
- Classes are kept small between six to ten people to foster a exciting learning environment. Signing up with your own partner is advisable but absolutely not necessary. During classes, we use a rotation system where partners are switched often so our students learn how to truly lead and follow
- The Open House basic ballroom class is a free class we offer to beginning students only. You may only take it once. Afterwards, we encouraged you to continue with what you learned within primarily our specialized group classes or through private instruction
Private Group Lesson Pricing:
Private group classes may be scheduled for parties of six or more. Prices start at $25 per person, per hour, and while these classes are usually taught at our studio, we would be happy to host special classes at your OFFSITE LOCATIONS to suit our customers’ needs under circumstances. - Minimum four (4) people, Maximum ten (10) people. $25 per person, per class, OR
- $88 per person for four (4) weekly classes, one (1) month. Mix and match your favorite dances.
Children’s Lessons Pricing:
We are proud to announce that we will now be having special children’s ballroom and latin dance classes designed to immerse your children into the fun-filled world of dance meanwhilst teaching social grace and form. The children will be taught how to greet one another, dance with one another, and find a wonderful time hanging in the swing of it all. They will also be shown how to make charming social gestures at a social function; how a boy escorts a girl, for instance, or how to curtsey, etc.
Dance-wise, your children will learn how to dance the foxtrot, swing, cha cha, the salsa, waltz, and the tango.
For better quality instruction, we try our utmost to keep the classes small, each up to 12 kids at the maximum. Plus, we will use the rotation system whereby the children will change partners very often, in order for them to get used to leading and following different partners.
- Pricing: The cost of 4 classes a month are valued at $70 per child. Private lessons are also priced at $70 per session. Each session is 50 minutes.
- Time: Dance Chelsea is now having registration for our children’s dance classes. We hold classes on Wednesday afternoons for children 8 to 12 and 13 to 17 years old at 4:30 PM.
